Patrick joined GS E&C in 1997, and his career has spanned across a diverse range of roles as a civil engineer and shrewd business development manager.

Patrick has been in Australia since August 2021, appointed to head up GS E&C’s Project Management Office for Victoria’s largest-ever road project, the $11.1 billion North East Link Tunnels package in Melbourne.

Patrick’s ability to find and support value in delivery for all stakeholders has been demonstrated through exploring equity investment opportunities for Australian Public Private Partnership projects, including Brisbane’s Cross River Rail, Victoria’s North East Link, and the east-coast wide Inland Rail project.
