Jay’s extensive technical background in tunnelling, ground improvement and geotechnical engineering has seen him deliver complex, large-scale projects in Korea, Japan, South East Asia, North America and Australia for more than 30 years.
Appointed in August 2021, Jay is GS E&C Australia’s Project Management Office Executive Director for North East Link Tunnels.
Jay has previously held senior leadership roles with AECOM, Advisian, WorleyParsons and Kajima. He is committed to achieving best-for-project results and steering project leadership to develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
