Jackie’s remarkable career has taken her from Perth, to the Pilbara, to the Queensland outback, to Sydney and Melbourne. She has worked for some of the largest projects, delivery bodies and companies in the country as both client and contractor, and played critical roles in their commercial success.

Jackie was appointed as Commercial and Procurement Director for North East Link Tunnels in late 2021. A key force who embodies ‘collaborative contracting’, Jackie has been transforming organisational cultures and capabilities across construction, oil and gas, mining and infrastructure sectors for more than 30 years.

Jackie headed up commercial and procurement portfolios for the $50 billion Sydney Metro trains and light rail program, and the $60 billion NSW RMS Motorways roads and tunnels program. She was also a key leader for the $5.3 billion Western Sydney Airport during its development.

Jackie is a crucial figure responsible for spearheading the collaborative Incentivised Target Cost (ITC) PPP models changing the way projects are delivered in Australia. Notably, this is also the model North East Link Tunnels is being delivered under, setting Jackie in excellent stead to deliver project success for all parties.
