Hayley is a renowned communications, media and stakeholder engagement professional, with a long and distinguished history delivering exceptional outcomes in risk and reputation management across a range of sectors and industries.

Hayley joined GS E&C Australia as Communications and Community Engagement Director for North East Link Tunnels in late 2022. Prior to this, Hayley was most notably a key communications and media lead for the Victorian Government, working in the Office of the Victorian Premier . During her tenure, Hayley executed a range of outstanding communications and media strategies for the state’s highest profile portfolios, including Victoria’s BigBuild, involving 100+ transport infrastructure projects worth more than $80 billion.

Hayley has held communications, community and stakeholder management, and political advisory roles for key figures and organisations in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Tasmania. She is a strong advocate for fairness, equity, equality and community wellness.

Hayley has a savvy ability to foresee and mitigate risk, develop and execute exceptional stakeholder management strategies, and build an outcomes-focused culture in teams she leads. She is a highly valued member of the GS E&C Australia team.
