North East Link will fix the missing link in the city's freeway network, take 15,000 trucks off local roads each day, and reduce travel time by up to 35 minutes.
As part of Spark consortium, we're delivering the largest component, Victoria's largest-ever road and tunnel Public Private Partnership, valued at $11.1 billion. The project involves design, construction, operation and maintenance of twin, three-lane 6.5km tunnels, together with connections to surface roads, parks, recreation facilities and shared paths.
