Penelope was appointed Human Resources Director for GS E&C’s Australian operations in September 2022. She has 20+ years of experience in HR, particularly in leadership roles in Tier 1 engineering and construction firms across a range of sectors.

Originating from Melbourne, Victoria, Penelope’s expansive HR expertise has been garnered from both corporate assigned and project-based roles across Australia.
