Through our Safety Innovation School, we emphasise hands-on training and real-world safety scenarios, ensuring workers, supervisors, and contractors are fully equipped to manage risks in construction environments. By leveraging advanced education methods and specialised courses, we foster a culture of safety, aiming for zero accidents on all our projects.
GS E&C’s Safety Innovation School, established in 2006, is Korea’s first construction safety training institution. With a mission to achieve zero fatal accidents, the school offers hands-on training across key safety disciplines and ensures that workers are equipped with the knowledge to mitigate risks on construction sites worldwide.
Comprehensive Safety Education: The school provides training across system safety, accident prevention, construction safety, and health hygiene. Courses are tailored to workers, supervisors, and subcontractors, combining hands-on experience with the latest safety protocols.
Certification & Recognition: The school is ISO29993 certified and has won multiple awards, reflecting the excellence of our programs.
The Safety Innovation School is a leader in cultivating the next generation of global safety experts. Through a structured curriculum, the school provides life-cycle education and prepares individuals to manage safety in an evolving industrial landscape. We’ve taken our Safety Innovation School modules to Singapore and Melbourne, Australia as part of the Holmesglen Tunnelling and Training Centre to provide the hands-on experience that keeps our project safety performance at its best.
The institution partners with public and private organisations to share the latest in safety technologies, contributing to both local and international safety standards. The school also offers specialised programs for in-house employees, contractors, and management personnel, helping to spread safety knowledge across the industry.
In response to the need for flexible training, the school offers SISTube, an online platform for remote education. This platform allows workers to access safety content, including case studies and best practices, anytime, anywhere, ensuring safety education remains accessible, even during pandemics like COVID-19.
